Firms still have to think about GDPR! – Alan Walter’s analysis

Since it became effective nearly three years and a half ago, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) has been a quite restrictive disposal for firms. Despite their will and efforts to comply with it, they may be in trouble when they have to deal with CNIL’s controls.

Alan Walter, our partner in charge of the IT / IP practice, explains in an article diffused by le Journal du Net why firms still have to check their GDPR compliance even if they have already spent time and money when it was enacted.
