Walter Billet Avocats is assisting with the reorganization of the family shareholding of Riviera Villages

Walter Billet Avocats advised the selling branch of the Luftman family on the sale of one-third of Riviera Villages’ share capital to Ladouceur Group, which now holds a majority stake.

Riviera Villages operates three iconic open-air hotels in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez: Les Prairies de la Mer (Grimaud), Kon Tiki, and Toison d’Or (Ramatuelle).

This sponsorless transaction, financed by a banking syndicate and the mezzanine investor Kartesia, marks a significant milestone in the development of Ladouceur Group, which now unites the two exclusive brands Riviera Villages and Collection Rivages under a unified governance structure, representing a portfolio of ten 4- and 5-star villages.
