Advised by Walter Billet Avocats on corporate aspects, the Syclef group, which specialises in medium and large refrigeration installations, industrial refrigeration, commercial refrigeration and air conditioning, has once again strengthened its territorial network in France by acquiring a majority stake in the capital of Presticlim, Génie Froid and SEIF Industrie.
Founded in 1988 by Fernando Ramos in Bièvres, Essonne, Presticlim specialises in refrigeration and HVAC installations. Génie Froid, based in Sainte–Savine dans l’Aube, has been carrying out refrigeration work for industrial customers since 1999. As for SEIF Industrie, it has been involved in air treatment and industrial refrigeration, mainly for the sugar industry, since its establishment in Champigny–sur–Marne, in the Val–de–Marne.
