Walter Billet Avocats (Fabien Billet) advises Koyeb for its 7 M$ seed financing round

Advised by Walter Billet Avocats on the legal side, the Koyeb platform is structuring a financing round led by Serena and bringing together a prestigious panel of investors – including Isai, Samsung Next and Mongo DB.

Koyeb, a global serverless cloud computing platform, announces a fundraising of $7 million in Seed. Koyeb simplifies the deployment and maintenance of applications and databases anywhere in the world, allowing companies to accelerate their global deployments without managing complex infrastructures.

This funding will allow Koyeb to complete its offering by integrating advanced serverless functionalities, specialized GPUs for artificial intelligence, and to accelerate its global deployment by tripling its number of points of presence on all continents.

This fundraising was led by Serena (Bertrand Diard and Floriane de Maupeou), with the participation of Isai, Samsung Next and Mongo DB. The round also includes notable investors including Robin Vasan (MangoCap), Udi Nachmany (Snyk), Raise Phiture philanthropical fund, Zachary Smith (Packet), Alexis Lê-Quôg (Datadog), Justin Ziegler (Priceminister), Hank Vigil (AceCap), Marc Jalabert (Microsoft), Amirhossein Malekzadeh (Logmatic), Philippe Besnard (Pentagram) and Fabrice Bernhard (Theodo).
