Walter Billet Avocats (Fabien Billet) advises Alpha Intelligence Capital while co-leading FlexAI’s 30M$ fund raising

  • Alpha Intelligence Capital, Elaia and Heartcore Capital are leading the $30M seed round of FlexAI, a start-up created in October 2023 to build the first “universal” AI infrastructure in Europe.

  • Bpifrance, Frst, Motier Ventures, Partech, Better Angle and Karim Beguir (CEO of InstaDeep) are also participating in the operation.

Advised by Walter Billet Avocats on corporate aspects, Alpha Intelligence Capital is leading – together with Elaia and Heartcore Capital – the $30 million (€28.5 million) seed round that FlexAI has just completed, including Bpifrance, Frst, Motier Ventures, Partech, Better Angle and Karim Beguir’s participation.

Created in October 2023 in Paris by Brijesh Tripathi and Dali Kilani, two former NVidia employees, FlexAI offers a universal software framework to tackle the three main obstacles to AI innovation: a bottleneck in compute supply, a global skills shortage, and complex and unreliable processes for creating and deploying AI models.

By integrating a new layer of software intelligence between developers and their IT infrastructures, FlexAI increases computing power and provides developers with a way to develop their models faster, cheaper and more reliably.

Thus equipped, FlexAI aims to offer its first products to the market during the year.
