Beware of traps when hiring

The 1st Summit for Economic Inclusion, that took place at the end of 2021 in Bercy, has especially provided an opportunity to draw up un inventory about discriminations related to hiring processes. In her last barometer, the French Rights Defender also pointed that topic, saying that prevention still is a major stake during recruitment procedures.

An analysis written by Carine Cohen and diffused by La Tribune describes how touchy this topic can be for firms, reminding them to be really careful when hiring.

“During this period characterized by a positive and reinforced tendency in employment, firms have to be part of this major societal trend that consists in eliminating all discrimination matters”, says Carine Cohen.
