Software: Walter Billet Avocats (Fabien Billet) advises Latour Capital in the sale of Oxand to Meridiam

Advised by Walter Billet Avocats on legal aspects, Latour Capital sold its majority stake in Oxand, the European leader in software for optimizing the life cycle of real estate assets and infrastructures (planning of maintenance & energy renovations) which continues its development in Meridiam company.

By relying on a unique database, the result of more than 20 years of development and indexed on more than 10,000 proprietary predictive models and more than 30,000 maintenance laws constantly improved by new projects, Oxand makes it possible to accurately simulate component aging, energy performance and maintenance needs under multiple constraints such as degradation, cost, energy consumption and decarbonization. Its software solution provides savings of 10 to 20% on maintenance budgets and reduces the energy consumption of buildings by up to 60% through structural renovations.

Oxand manages more than 52 million m² of assets in France, the Netherlands and Switzerland, with around a hundred international clients.
