Advised by Walter Billet Avocats on the legal side, Entrepreneur Invest is participating in the financing of the European leader in video creation solutions for large companies Pitchy – alongside Isatis Capital and Seventure Partners.
Pitchy, a ‘do it yourself’ video creation solution, is entering a new phase of its development by raising 40 millions euros from Isatis Capital, Entrepreneur Invest and Seventure Partners.
Founded in 2013 by Lionel and Benjamin Chouraqui, Pitchy has become the leader in Europe in its segment in ten years, by offering a software solution that allows its customers to create professional quality videos independently, positioning itself as a real alternative to the traditional content creation agency model.
Pitchy now wishes to accelerate its growth around three major areas of development: (i) an acceleration of the penetration of major accounts which have always been the company’s customer base, (ii) a strengthening of its international expansion, particularly in the booming European market, and (iii) a strong investment in R&D (in particular to integrate AI technological bricks).
In addition, the company will be able to rely on its new financial partners in order to pursue its market consolidation strategy, initiated in May 2022 with the acquisition of the company Kannelle (the “mobile” counterpart of Pitchy).
