Societeinfo.com, a specialist in data collecting and agregation advised by Walter Billet Avocats for legal matters, has won a call for tender launched by Bpifrance during a data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) transformation program.
Bpifrance has launched a huge transformation program structured around data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) in a global transformation of its Information Systems Department.
This program, driven by Bpifrance’s Chief Data Officer (CDO) and sponsored by its Executive Management, has been designed while including many goals such as structuring a Data & AI platform – which is supposed to become Bpifrance Information System’s core.
Besides, its current Cloud transformation process induces important grips with its Data & AI platform’s industrialisation concerns.
Bpifrance’s management intends to progressively structure an external data desk in order to supply its gate/interface, or any other job concern related to data market.
This is why Bpifrance was looking for some external data agregation and delivery service agreement including:
- Multiple data sources (external suppliers, public database/open data, open data collector, social networks…);
- Ability to deliver disparate, heterogenous and multisources data;
- A large scope of data (financial data, Web and social networks data, digitalised official documents, contacts, firms data, legal data, etc.);
- A backing for portfolio suppliers rationalisation;
- A decision support tool for budget optimisation;
- Providing some audit tools in order to trace data selection.
Societeinfo.com proposal
Societeinfo.com succeeded in providing an extremely large range of data especially including legal data, websites, semantic data, social networks and generic contacts concerning all legal entities registered within the RCS.
Furthermore Societeinfo.com has settled a performing data transfer system via a FTP desk that offers Bpifrance a possibility to daily integrate more than 10 millions legal entities updating.
“While demonstrating its know-how and its ability to solve firms’ needs in the data collecting and exploitation field, Societeinfo.com proves that more and more startups are in position to conclude important contracts with major companies such as Bpifrance. We are really pleased that its management and teams asked us to be on their side when negociating this contract with a national scope actor like this one“, points Alan Walter, the Firm’s partner specialized in IP / IT and personal data matters.
