Advised on legal aspects by Walter Billet Avocats, the founders of Koyeb and its financial shareholders (including Serena and Isai) have concluded an agreement concerning the sale of their shares to Mistral AI, a major player in artificial intelligence.
Developing its serverless cloud computing platform since 2021, Koyeb allows developers and businesses to run and scale AI applications without having to manage the infrastructure.
As part of this strategic transaction, Koyeb’s technology, platform and teams will soon be integrated into the Mistral AI ecosystem to contribute to the development of Mistral Compute, Mistral’s cloud infrastructure offering dedicated to AI.
