As an extension of the indications provided about the investigations to be carried out by the employer in cases of moral harassment, in 2022, the Court of Cassation continues its work of building case law.
On several occasions, since the start of the year, it has spoken out on essential subjects in labor law, relating to the liability of the employer but also to the protection of employees. The court also ruled on the right to evidence during legal proceedings.
